FAQ

Here are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

What is DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer printing?

DTF printing involves printing an image directly onto a special film using eco-friendly water-based inks. This film is then adhered to your garment using heat, leaving a soft, vibrant image.

DTF offers several advantages: It produces incredibly detailed images, even on complex designs. The resulting print is incredibly soft to the touch, unlike some other methods that can feel stiff or plasticky. It works well on a wide variety of fabrics and colors, and it’s generally more cost-effective for smaller runs than screen printing.

DTF transfers work well on cotton, polyester, blends, and many other fabrics. They can also be applied to some other materials, but specific material compatibility should be tested. Contact us to discuss your specific material.

DTF transfers are known for their durability. With proper application and care, they can withstand numerous washes and remain vibrant for an extended period. We recommend following care instructions provided with your order for optimal longevity.
